Heartfelt Thanks for Your Support

ree

During the holiday season, I've found myself reflecting on the last year and the unexpected journey I've been on. SO MANY CHANGES! Honestly, I had felt stagnant in LA for some time and was unsure how to get unstuck. I wondered if I should move? If I moved, where would I go and what would I do for work?

I feel I am super lucky because whenever I have asked the universe to guide me and show me the way, the answers have come. Funnily enough, usually the decisions are made for me without me having to do anything at all. Unhealthily friendships have ended, love relationships have fizzled and usualy the other person has walked away (me walking away from situations took YEARS into recovery to do). Even jobs. I have been fired from more jobs than I can count. I used to feel the universe was punishing me and losing those jobs proved I was inept, a failure, and not smart enough to get and keep that job. In retrospect, I now know they were not the jobs I needed to be in and to make way for success, they were removed!

Moving to Alabama was no different. I never saw myself moving to Alabama but when my parent's health declined and they needed help, they reached out and asked me to come, I had the answer I has been seeking. Interestingly, once the decision was made to move, things just started falling into place. Obstacles were removed and challenges were resolved. The most difficult part of moving from Los Angeles was leaving my friends, my recovery community and my 30 years of life that I had become used to. That continues to be the most difficult part of living in Alabama. Starting my business was a way to feel empowered in my existance. To feel I had a purpose and could use my collective experiences to benefit others. Actively do something that could help people and potentially change or improve someone's health and well-being for the better.

So, as I take a pause and look back, I am filled with gratitude for the support you have shown me and my little fledgling company, Flynn Holistic. Reaching out, calling, texting, signing up for my newsletter, emails, sharing endless reels on Instagram, writing reviews, liking my posts, all of it! Your belief in me has been an invaluable part of getting Flynn Holistic off the ground. I had NO IDEA how difficult starting a business was but your love has propelled me to keep working at it, to keep taking steps to grow and evolve. Through it all, your loyalty and trust in my small business has been a beacon of inspiration. I am genuinely thankful for the opportunities you've provided me. It is friends like you who make what I am aiming to do truly meaningful. I cherish the relationships we have built and are continuing to build and develop.

As we celebrate the holiday season, I want to Thank You and extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. May this festive season bring you peace, joy, and an abundance of blessings.

I'm looking forward to the year ahead with anticipation. I'm excited to continue to communicate knowledge, information and guidance to help you achieve optimum health and well-being and, share my personal journey and life experience to help us understand our boundaries, learn to care for ourselves, each other and the world around us.

The goal, live life healthy, happy, fully and freely.

Thank you for being an integral part of my life and Flynn Holistic.

Wishing you and yours the Happiest Holidays and a Joyous New Year!

Love,

Sandy
